We released ServiceDesk Plus MSP - version 9.3 - Build - 9302.


What's new in ServiceDesk Plus - MSP 9302 ?

Issues Fixed

  • SDPMSP-10863 - 'Request Type' column is available in column list for All requests module in custom reports for standard edition.
  • SDPMSP-10866 - Unable to scan the windows machine using agent in certain cases.
  • SDPMSP-10889 - Unable to assign group under tasks when associated site is configured in template.
  • SDPMSP-10891 - CMDB Module is not available in custom reports for technicians with EnableCMDB permission.
  • SDPMSP-10908 - Request details are missing in approval mail notifications.
  • SDPMSP-10921 - "E-mail technician on creation of a new request" notification rule is not working post upgrade.
  • SDPMSP-10922 - Custom Reports isn't working based on Account Filter.

We highly recommend our users to do the upgrade in a test environment first. 

After successful upgrade, you can just restore the upgraded database into a new installation and make it as Production environment or you can do upgrade again in your Production environment.  After applying a service pack, start ServiceDesk Plus - MSP, login through the Web UI and shut it down before applying the next service pack.

Following is the support policy of ServiceDesk Plus MSP :

  • Product support will be offered only for builds that are one year old. To continue receiving support, you will have to move to the latest version of ServiceDesk Plus MSP.
  • Service packs released will be applicable only over the latest available build of ServiceDesk Plus MSP. 
  • We request all our users to upgrade to 9.3 version asap , as the support for the lower versions (builds) will be stopped by Dec-1st'17.
  • We are also stopping the support for MYSQL instance as mentioned earlier soon, so please move your instance to MSSQL or PGSQL asap.
