We released ServiceDesk Plus MSP - version 9.3 - Build - 9301.


What's new in ServiceDesk Plus - MSP 9301 ?

Major Features :

  • SDPMSP-10734 : Xero Integration - Sync accounts with Xero and create invoices for specific requests. Track your income and cash flow. Sync Accounts details.Sync Worklog.
  • SDPMSP-8094 : Worklog type is added as a criteria in Bill Rule.
  • SDPMSP-9980 : Worklog Type can be configured as a mandatory Field using query.
  • Option to show Account name as a column through the column chooser in Change list view and Task List view page.



We highly recommend our users to do the upgrade in a test environment first. 

After successful upgrade, you can just restore the upgraded database into a new installation and make it as Production environment or you can do upgrade again in your Production environment.  After applying a service pack, start ServiceDesk Plus - MSP, login through the Web UI and shut it down before applying the next service pack.

Following is the support policy of ServiceDesk Plus MSP :

  • Product support will be offered only for builds that are one year old. To continue receiving support, you will have to move to the latest version of ServiceDesk Plus MSP.
  • Service packs released will be applicable only over the latest available build of ServiceDesk Plus MSP. 
  • We request all our users to upgrade to 9.3 asap , as the support for the lower versions (builds) will be stopped in 45 days time period.
  • We are also stopping the support for MYSQL instance as mentioned earlier soon, so please move your instance to MSSQL or PGSQL asap.
