We released ServiceDesk Plus MSP - version 9.2 - Build - 9208

What's new in ServiceDesk Plus - MSP 9208 ?

Features :

SDPMSP-4232 : Ability to create Purchase order based on Account.

SDPMSP-10094 : Ability to bill worklogs in a month without considering the status of the requests.

SDPMSP-10327 : Ability to change the Date format in Billing reports (using query).

Issues Fixed :

SDPMSP-8825 : Site Admin or Custom role technicians are not able to assign change owner.

SDPMSP-9874 : When a Technician sends an email to Default group mail address configured in Support Group Default settings, then the request will be created under his or associated site.

SDPMSP-10245 : Unable to export project gantt view as pdf in linux x64 bit environment.

SDPMSP-10275 : Clicking on Submit for approval throws error when the PO number is alphanumeric.

SDPMSP-10295 : Newly associated templates are not shown while selecting the Account from request page.

SDPMSP-10299 : Domains are not populated when account URI is called for the first time in login page.

SDPMSP-10308 : VM Host Scanning Failed in certain cases.

SDPMSP-10310 : Account Box gets misaligned when Show Desktop central menu is not chosen while configuring DC MSP.

SDPMSP-10326 : Account names are not listed if there is a special character in the Account name in Field and Form rules page.

SDPMSP-10328 : Request description always shows empty in Ipad app.

SDPMSP-10329 : In IE browser, Page navigator (forward) button is not working in requests page.

SDPMSP-10330 : While we change the show per page in list page, other account requests are shown in Link requests / Merge requests.

SDPMSP-10334 : Import projects is getting failed, if the deleted default priorities are tried to set for the projects.

SDPMSP-10342 : Error throws when we open a ticket which is not associated to any site.

SDPMSP-10369 : Unable to create request using quick create from request details page.

SDPMSP-7415 / 10370 : Group association box in technician creation page is increased for better visibility.

SDPMSP-10371 : Requests under not associated to any site is shown to technicians other than SDAdmin.

SDPMSP-10374 : Unable to enable the integration when product is started as service in certain cases.

SDPMSP-10375 : Zoho Reports Configurations were re-arranged in database after 9200 release.

SDPMSP-10376 : Additional fields details are not synced in Advanced Analytics integration.

SDPMSP-10385 : JSP Buffer Overflow error shown in logs while we open / View a request.

SDPMSP-10436 : Asset - Agent details list view is not account based when we navigate using the forward icon.

Behavior changes :

• As Purchase order is made account based, previously created Purchase orders will be moved under MSP Organization's account
