We released ServiceDesk Plus MSP - version 9.0- Build - 9001. 

Please refer the  Migration path table available here  and upgrade to our latest build 9001.

Issues Fixed

• MSPSDP-9091 : Solutions are not visible after 9000 upgrade.
• MSPSDP-9092 : VIP users custom images are removed during 9000 upgrade.

PS : Please provide your email address in our "Help-> About" page present in the top right of the product user interface, so that you will get notified whenever there is a release.

Note :  9000 Users , You cannot upgrade to 9001 now. We will release an another patch for 9000 and 9001 users using which both users can upgrade to 9002 directly. It will be available within next two weeks. Please use the same and upgrade to 9002.
