We released ServiceDesk Plus MSP - version 10.5 - Build - 10511.


Enhancements :

    SDPMSP-15210: You can now restrict Account Managers and Point Of Contacts from creating public reports.
    SDPMSP-15269: SDAmins can now access restricted APIs on read-only mode.
    SDPMSP-15286: You can now configure the mail server with Modern Authentication (OAuth 2.0) for secure and delegated access. Refer here for more details.
    SDPMSP-15293: Integrations with Zoho products like Books and Invoice are now configured using the OAuth model only. Users are requested to update the configuration post the upgrade.

Issues fixed :

    SDPMSP-14231: Selecting Additional fields checkbox is not getting saved under Admin >> Helpdesk Customizer >> Request-Account Details.
    SDPMSP-14909: Unable to delete conversations from request details page.
    SDPMSP-15104: Assigning accounts to Notification Rules throws an error.
    SDPMSP-15114: Editing a request from the list view page does not list the Subcategory field.
    SDPMSP-15185: AD import is getting failed in certain cases.
    SDPMSP-15202: When associating users to roles under Admin >> Account Details >> Organization Roles, site values are not listed when Multiple Sites option is selected.
    SDPMSP-15249: In certain scenarios, LDAP import displays incorrect count.
    SDPMSP-15263: Unable to update the Password Policy when Random Password is selected under Admin >> Account Details >> Active Directory >> Local Authentication Password.
    SDPMSP-15284: Downgrading the product to the free edition displays a blank header.
    SDPMSP-15294: History tables are not synced properly during Periodic Sync in Advanced Analytics.
    SDPMSP-15325: Error thrown while we execute survey custom reports in certain cases.

Please do the upgrade only in a test environment first and based on the result please do the upgrade on the Production environment. You can contact our support at sdpmsp@manageengine.com for any assistance. 

Following is the support policy of ServiceDesk Plus MSP :

  • Product support will be offered only for builds that are one year old. To continue receiving support, you will have to move to the latest version of ServiceDesk Plus MSP.
  • Service packs released will be applicable only over the latest available build of ServiceDesk Plus MSP.
  • We stopped MYSQL Database support.
  • Support for Servlet API is stopped.
  • Unpublished V3 API support is not available.

We are stopping support for builds/versions less than 10.5 (Build - 10500) soon. Hence we request our users to upgrade their instance to get further support.
