We released ServiceDesk Plus MSP - version 10.5 - Build - 10501.
SDPMSP-14235 : Option to set Group and technician in templates, even if multiple accounts are selected
SDPMSP-14279 : Feature to add Additional fields to Dollar variables in Webhooks under Custom triggers.
Support for below fields are available now :
- Incident and Service Catalog additional fields
- Requester Detail fields like phone, mail, mobile
- Account Additional Fields
SDPMSP-14337 : Including account and contract details in the complete v3 JSON file.
Issues Fixed :
SDPMSP-13557 : Performance issue in request detail view is fixed.
SDPMSP-13879 : XSS Vulnerability related fixes.
SDPMSP-14264 : Unable to merge old requests with the recent requests.
SDPMSP-14280 : Request Custom View is not working after upgrade to 10500.
SDPMSP-14310 : Unable to update Request fields via API without providing Account and Site fields
SDPMSP-14317 : Worklog type values are not getting updated when adding a worklog thru API
SDPMSP-14322 : Not able to save time sheet setting when the language is set other than English.
SDPMSP-14333 : the Business rule is not working if the Criteria is set with the Value "To".
SDPMSP-14336 : In Change and Problem -> worklog list view page, the Pagination button is missing is fixed.

Following is the support policy of ServiceDesk Plus MSP :
- Product support will be offered only for builds that are one year old. To continue receiving support, you will have to move to the latest version of ServiceDesk Plus MSP.
- Service packs released will be applicable only over the latest available build of ServiceDesk Plus MSP.
- We stopped MYSQL Database support.
- The mobile client (MC) is not supported.
We are stopping support for builds/versions less than 10.5 (Build - 10500) by mid of this year. Hence we request our users to upgrade their instance to get further support.
