ServiceDesk Plus MSP: Change Account by Business-Rule depending on keyword in subject

Hi all,

Environment: ServiceDesk Plus MSP v14610 (postgresDB)

with a partnering helpdesk we share support for same customer.
The partnering helpdesk uses only one email-address to create a request in our ME.

To distinguish between diffrent accounts/customers we want to set a keyword in email-subject.
Unfortunetly with business rules no action is avaiable to change account.

Are there any best practices to automate association to accounts for incoming requests via Mail?
