ServiceDesk Plus MSP Beta lack of features
Shouldn't this product be called SupportCenter Plus MSP? Where are the ITIL features that are in ServiceDesk Plus? Because the main difference that I see between SupportCenter Plus and ServiceDesk Plus is the ITIL features in ServiceDesk Plus which is missing in ServiceDesk Plus MSP
