ServiceDesk Plus Lost ESM Directory Access

All,

      Does anyone know how I can recover admin access to the ESM Directory.  Every admin account that had access lost it.  We are in the process of installing and configuring and no one had been in it for 2 weeks.  Logged in last week and I don't have access.  I'm pretty sure it's the org admin group I need to add back.  I can see both instances of our install still just no ESM Directory button.
