ServiceDesk Plus Log in Error due to Timezone

Hi,

Some users of our servicedesk are encountering problems while logging into the system. Issue identified is timezone conflict, upon checking the timezone on the device it's the same as the one on the system, even changing it does nothing. As you can see on the picture below. Even changing browsers is still not working
