Hi all,

We have embedded the SDP Live Chat widget into one of our webpages.

However, even after we authenticate via SSO and we refresh the page, the chat widget appears with the login options as if we had never logged in at all:

If we enabled just "pass through authentication," then the widget presents the actual chat(s) after a page reload.

How can we go about to have this working with SAML SIngle SIgn on as well?
