ServiceDesk Plus integration

One of the advertised features of this product is its integration with ServiceDesk Plus, definitely a plus for me. However, it mentions one element being the ability to log a ticket, but I believe ServiceDesk Plus allows for tickets by e-mail, which means other programs could do the same. Not being overly familiar with either product I am looking to see how OpManager goes above and beyond this, can I assign to a group via an e-mail for example, or is this a benefit purely of using OpManager? Is the only benefit getting a nice interface for e-mail logging?
