ServiceDesk Plus hosted through Azure app proxy - mobile app login issue
With
v14850, SDP supports Azure Application Proxy (
with pre-authentication).
However, login attempts with the Android mobile app (v6.0.4) result in the following error:
"Azure pre-authentication details are not configured in the application. Please contact your administrator."
Error: Azure pre-auth not configuredThe
documentation around this appears incomplete, missing, or unclear.
Could anyone provide guidance on what configuration needs to be added and where?
