We want to make you aware that we've scheduled a maintenance activity at our EU data centers on Sunday, September 27th, 2020, from 1:30 AM to 1:45 AM CEST (Central European Summer Time).
During this period, "Custom Apps" will be completely unavailable for the accounts in our EU data centers . This means that the custom applications and their schedules, integrations, and APIs will be temporarily inaccessible for these accounts.
We're relocating some custom apps-related databases—which are used by all accounts in our EU data centers—to a separate cluster. This aims to improve the availability of these databases and prevent any slowness in your custom applications that may result from a delay in receiving information from them.
At any instant, you can know which Data Center your data resides in by looking at the URL on the browser when you are logged in to ServiceDesk Plus and are using our applications :
