I'd like to start a discussion about some strategies on integrating SDP with ADO using Zoho Flow. I'm very new to all of this as, I am a Desktop Support Technician, and my company does not have a Sys Admin. I'd like to see if anyone has a working SDP <-> ADO Integration flow that might help me move towards the right direction.
For now, my flows are very basic. If a request comes in, it filters whether it's appropriate for the Developer team and it creates a work item:
New Service Request -> User Story
Incident -> Bug
I'd like to get more granular with requests, such as:
New Service Request -> Approval Process -> if (approved) -> User Story @ correct Area Path (Dev or Data)
I haven't seemed to get this to work correctly yet and there is little to no documentation for this integration. Our goal is for requests and incidents to be automated for ADO creation and when ADO work item is completed it also updates SDP. SDP will only be used as a source of communication with the users. At some point I would also like Tasks in SDP to be used to create work items related to the requests.
