ServiceDesk Plus Change request unavailable
Hi,
I have downloaded demo version of ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus 7.0.0. This tool is installed on Win XP and my browser is IE 7. I tried to create a Change request, but blank screen is displayed and there is a message in status bar:
"handle Response called http://acer:8080/framework/html/blank.html". However, http://acer:8080/Changes.cc should be called.
I am using administrator login, but this issue is not related to user. The same issue is occurring for all users with privileges for Changes.
Could you please help me?
