ServiceDesk Plus Backup Problem
Hi,
I'm having a problem with the backup feature in the Administration Tab, I have the database and Attachment checked and the size of the backup is too small, to have the attachments included in the backup.
I am on version 7.0.0 Build 7018
Is there any issues in regards to this?
