ServiceDesk Plus automatic cleared
hy everybody,
is it possible that requests to become automatic closed status?
useful for system-mails, for example NTBackup informational mail.
this informational mail comes from OpManager in Servicedesk Plus.
OPmanager has marked automatic this mail to cleared.
how can i close this informational mails automaticly in servicedesk plus?
