ServiceDesk Plus Asset Agent not initializing

Hi.
 
I am seeing a problem with the asset explorer agent on windows 2003 standard edition, domain controller. I am using servicedesk version 8.0.0 Build 8011. I receive the error below:

"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002). Click on OK to terminate the application."
