ServiceDesk Plus and Microsoft Copilot Agent

Hello,
In our company, we want to enhance the end user workdays experience using Microsoft Copilot (Licensed or not with Copilot Chat). For example, the idea would be that if an end user ask for help, search a solution in our Sharepoint Online websites, search solution in our ServiceDesk Plus On-Premise and if none will be found, then suggest to open a new request/incident.

I see that in last weeks, on Copilot, appear an agent called "ServiceDesk Plus On Premises":


I have tried to ask something, but on the first query request, I receive an error to connect on my system:


What I need to do to be able to integrate my instance with this agent?
