ServiceDesk Plus 8122 Released [only EXE/BIN]

Dear Users,

SDP 8122 has been released and can be downloaded from the URL below,

Below are the list of Issue fixes and features.

Issue Fixed:
SD-23307:

When a requester closes a 'Request' through the link sent via E-Mail, the 'Thank You!' message shown after the operation is always displayed in English even though the language personalized is different.

Feature:
SDF-48546:
Option to configure the top header background and tab colors. A new section "Admin > General > Theme" has been added for this purpose.

One of the Major change in this release apart from the issue fixes and feature is the "change of database".

"The Database has been changed to PostgreSQL. From now on SDP will be bundled with only PostgreSQL."

8122 PPM is yet to be released. We will be releasing the PPM for 8122 very shortly. Please bear with us till then.

Some of the FAQs on the PostgreSQL database change:

1. I am already using SDP with MYSQL database. Will this change affect me?
No. You can keep on using the MYSQL database.

2. I am new to SDP. I would like to use SDP. What database will I get by default?
By default, SDP will be bundled with PostgreSQL.

3. I am new to SDP. I would like to use SDP, but not with PostgreSQL?
You can very well use SDP with databases other than PostgreSQL like MSSQL & MYSQL. Provided you have MSSQL/MYSQL of your own.

4. I am using SDP with MYSQL database, Can I change it to PostgreSQL?
You can do that.

5. I am using SDP with MYSQL/MSSQL, will the upcoming PPM change the database to PostgreSQL?
No. It will not.
