ServiceDesk Plus 6.0 Release
Is the scheduled 6.0 release still going to take place
on time this week? Will you be publishing the proper upgrade method for moving from 5.5 to 6.0 (especially if one is moving from mysql to mssql)? Will you provide a new database schema for the new 6.0 release? Thank you.
