SERVICEDESK Plus-5.0.0-SP-4.0 WONT START
ServiceDesk will not start. Was working for several months and today after reboot it will not start. Can not upgrade to SP 6. We downloaded the latest build but it will not restore our backup since it is from SP4. We are totally down and are trying to show a client the helpdesk.
Will forward logs if needed. Please help.
