Several issues since upgrading a test instance from 14104 (current production version) and then to 14300 and 14302:
-On starting the test instance, the servicedesk-plus.log under /var/log grows out of control to 150 gb plus in less than an hour, eventually taking up all disk space on Server. Based on log, related to web remote, the same current port 8030, do you want to choose another port? y/n? is repeated ad finitum in the log and it continues to grow non stop.
This is despite web remote being turned off in configuration settings. Even if dealing with the large log files, as soon as start up ServiceDesk Plus instance this issue just repeats.
Second, there is no option anymore to disable Backup Scheduling? Why was this removed?
You cannot turn it off under edit scheduling either. This is not necessary for us and a waste of disk space as take a daily snapshot of our instance in the cloud.
