Hi, we recently upgraded our on premise ServiceDesk Plus installation to version 11301. When trying to enable Desktop Central integration we get the error. "Aw, snap! No internet on the server machine."
We do have an internet connection on our server. We have confirmed that when we click the download button to download Desktop Central, internet traffic is getting to patchdb.manageengine.com and back to our server. However, it is wanting us to setup a proxy. We do not have a proxy and do not want to setup a proxy.
