Is there internal outbox queue in SD ?
Regarding to RFC server may not accept smtp connection when busy - it looks like SD doesn't retry to send ticket replies.
If organisation uses Gmail (for example) it can be real problem because public mail services may have a little bit lower availability within SLA than internal mail server.
Can you recommend some workarounds for this case ?
Install separate mail daemon for SD ? - booo :|
