Hi There

We have Opmanager, Eventlog Analyzer and Service desk all running quite well on the same server, but using different DNS alias's so I can move them at a later date.

ServiceDesk is running with Active Directory and gets all its users from there. I am trying to integrate ServiceDesk and OpManager but get the error "Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus, The server might not be running or the network traffic may be too high. "
I have tried using my login details both ({domain\username} & {username}) but still no joy.
Reading previous comments, i tried using the default login details, but guessed they would not work as I have deleted that user from the technicians section. I have tried to add another, but as we have only 2 licenses i get an error.

I would be grateful of any help you can supply.
