Hello everyone, 

Im looking for integrate ServiceDesk Onprem with Analytics Plus Cloud, and I have some doubts:

- is it possible to connect SD Onprem licensed with Analytics Plus Cloud trial? Or I have to have an Analytics Cloud license to do it?

Im trying to do it and I'm receiving this error:

I did it following this kb: ServiceDesk Plus Integration | Analytics Plus Cloud

Data:

- My SDP on prem is proffessional edition and its at last version.

- I dont have a proxy

- The server when SDP is installed is a Windows server 2019, and its able to access analytics.zoho.com

- I tried doing some curl and they are ok

            - curl https://accounts.zoho.com

- I created clientID and secret twice and I got the same error

- I tried this redirect on the server and works ok: https://accounts.zoho.com/oauth/v2/auth?scope=ZohoAnalytics.data.read,AaaServer.profile.READ&client_id=myclientidresponse_type=code&access_type=offline&redirect_uri=https://mydomain.com.ar:8010/servlet/OauthServlet

- The user is admin on both tools

So I suspect is not possible with trial, is it?
