ServiceDesk - Notification Firewall port

ServiceDesk - Notification Firewall port

Hello support
I would like to know what port need to be allowed to send notification (those red popups informing technician that new ticked was assigned to him or something else happened - bell icon) to client computers accessing ServiceDesk using browser.
Currently I noticed that its only working if I disable firewall on ServiceDesk server.
