ServiceDesk not updateing sender email address?

Hi,
 
During setup we used a test email address of Servicedesk@xyz.com.  Now that we are about to go live I've changed the address (under mail server settings) to helpdesk@xyz.com but sender address seems stuck at servicedesk@xyz.com.  I've restarted the server, clicked save a thousand times but it won't change.
 
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. 

                  New to ADSelfService Plus?
