ServiceDesk not responding. PLEASE HELP!!!

This morning our ServiceDesk Software is becoming unresponsive.  Multiple times we have restarted the server with no success.  We finally had our SQL admin check out the backend SQL 2005 database, and he found this statement blocking other statements.  He cleared the statement, but another one came back with a different resource name.  The symptoms start with not being able to access the assets tab, and then spread to the whole program becoming unresponsive.  We are on 7.505 and dead in the water....Please Help!!!!
