Servicedesk not collecting mail from IMAP account

Servicedesk not collecting mail from IMAP account

The services are running on the the helpdesk and the mail server yet the emails are not being retrieved I have restarted the services.

Also I have check the event viewer which had no errors.

The helpdesk does show the last time it retrieved mail..

Last attempt to fetch mail : Fri Feb 15 17:49:24 GMT 2008

Any suggestions?
