Hi Service,
Does any
MultiTech Proxy Server in Servicedesk. Because my testing server be scanned a
vulnerability.
This is the
vulnerability detail.
The remote MultiTech Proxy Server has no password set for the 'supervisor' account. An attacker may log in the remote host and reconfigure it easily.

Could you help me ? How can I setting this supervisor account or disable it.
My servicedesk desk version is "7.5.0 Build 7513".
