ServiceDesk MSP - Requester to Technician

Hi,

We're testing out ServiceDesk MSP for our business. Having previously used ServiceDesk we was able to change an account that was detected from Active Directory scanning as a requester to a technician but can't see the option avaliable in the MSP edition (8.2).

Is there something I'm not doing right or is the feature excluded from the MSP edition?
