ServiceDesk migration pack 6 Professional to 7 Enterprise
Hi,
Will it possible in the migration pack 6 to 7 to export/import (thus migrate) "selected" an specific information. E.g.: suppose we only want to migrate the solutions (knowledge base) from SD 6 Professional to SD 7 Enterprise Edition (our version we just bought a month ago): Will this possible ? I need a quick answer !
