Servicedesk keeps crashing and restarting since 7020 hotfix

Since updating to hotfix 7020 we have had problems with servicedesk crashing and restarting.
This has got worse and are now at the point that it is unuseable.
I have sent a support request through but can you please look into this asap as is preventing our department from functioning.
