ServiceDesk Integrations Issues

Using the demo of Opmanager 6005 and ServiceDesk 5501 I setup Add-On/Product Settings in Opmanager. Whenever I click on ServiceDesk within Opmanager I get the assets details but when I attempt to go back to Opmanager, I get the following:
"Your session had been timed out for security reasons. Please re-login."
Another issue is that when I click on some devices I receive the message
"Unable to fetch Hardware Details from ServiceDeskPlus. "
-I have verified that the device does exist in ServiceDesk.
-I have verified the username and password in both Opmanager and ServiceDesk.
-I have set the personalize settings in Opmanager to Never Expire.
-I am logged into ServiceDesk and Opmanager with the same account name and password.
I am running Windows 2003 Server SP1 with Opmanager and ServiceDesk on the same box. Has anyone been able to get this feature to work reliably?
