ServiceDesk integration gives unknown username/password

Hello and good morning all

I am having some issues in setting up the integration to servicedesk plus

(opmanager - build 11500, servicedesk 9.0 build 9047)

I go into service desk and put in the details for opmanager, and this works all ok

I go into opmanager, enter all of the details for servicedesk and I get a unknown username/password error.

but I am able to log into servicedesk with the same username and password without any issues (and this is the account I used to setup servicedesk intergration to opmanager)

can anyone help?
