I have an intention to interact with ServiceDesk Plus in such way: I want my custom application to receive notifications from ServiceDesk Plus events (changing request status, assigning tickets to technician, etc). I can use existing API and ask for requests at regular intervals, but it's not seem like a perfect solution.

Can you advise me some other ways?
