ServiceDesk Graph Collecting Emails and Breaking

Just wanted to check in with everyone—has anyone else experienced ServiceDesk maxing out CPU usage when processing emails with large attachments, and then essentially giving up on processing the message? We've encountered a few situations where a single email with a large attachment causes the system to stop. To work around it, we’ve had to manually strip the attachment and resend the email, which is a bit of a pain.

The bigger issue is that when processing halts for too long, emails begin to pile up. At that point, ServiceDesk often fails to process any of the emails in the queue, even if we have something like 76 emails just sitting there untouched.
