servicedesk enterprise trial on 2003 server
Hello, we are running ServiceDeskPlus enterprise newest Trial, also OPManager, OPManager tools and ADManager.
The mysql is selected as DB�s in all cases, we are running it on win2003 server, all none of them are stable, they keep crashing, mostly the OPManager and OPManager utilise but also the ServiceDeskPlus and ADManager are crashing, they all run on their own ports and all run as individual service.
We hope also that the poor performance will UP once we hit the DB�s on our mssql cluster.
No errors show, and when you look at the server they all still running, BUT our Test Personal in my IT dept. can NOT access the sites and i need to down the services regarding the the specific service and restart them, after that they will run for some time again.
Any similar experiences regarding this problem anyone ???
