ServiceDesk Email Commands: setting a date/time request field

Hi

im trying to set custom fields as i open ticket via Email Commands.
It works but i don't know which format should i use for date/time fields.

I tried both of these with no results:
29 Jan 2014, 16:29:00
Jan 29, 2014 12:53:21 PM

What is the right format to be used?
