ServiceDesk doesn't start after upgrade

ServiceDesk doesn't start after upgrade

Hello,
I wanted to upgrade ServiceDesk ver. 14970 to the latest version 14980. The app has been backed up succesfully, hovewer the insallation of the new version of ServiceDesk Plus failed. After that, I haven't been able to start ServiceDesk service. The application is not starting from run.bat neither. Could you help me?
