ServiceDesk Degradation

ServiceDesk Degradation

Windows 2003 Server
SQL 2005
2 gig of memory

About 2 weeks ago we upgraded to 7505. Worked well for a number of days and now we are requiring an almost daily restart of the server. At this point I can't get into the Assets tab at all, Backups are not working properly, mail fetching is not working and I cant get into the system log viewer.

Assets Tab I click on the tab and it goes to a blank window. I can tab back but it'll never show me anything on the screen. This worked initially after the upgrade but have become increasing harder to get into since. Today I cant get into it even after a reboot.

Mail Fetching. The mail fetching was working fine initially. However, the last 3 days it has worked intermittently and would start working only after a reboot for around 2-3 hours. I got into it today and stopped mail fetching and then attempted to restart it and it never restarts. Even when I attempt to make a change to the frequency of the fetching and click save it doesn't save it. It reverts back to the original frequency.

Backups It stopped getting a reliable backup on the 30th of March. Since then I get what appears to be the table names in the backup directory. There are several hundred file such as aaaaccadminprofile.sql and aaaaccbadloginstatus.sql. This is not normal.

System Log Viewer This I click on and nothing happens. Once again this worked for several days and now I cant get into it at all.

I have increased the Java heap size but done nothing else up to now. I just spent 10 minutes trying to get in to get a support file. I had to reboot the server because it wouldn't pull up the application in Explorer and restarting ServiceDesk did nothing. Any ideas, any assistance?
