I am experiencing lots of issues with SDP Crashing. It appears to crash every night & also sometimes during the day. The windows app event log shows the following errors each time it crashes (pls also see attached log files for further info):

21/01/2008 09:50:21 MySQL Warning None 100 N/A ADDGBAS03 "Can't open and lock time zone table: Table 'mysql.time_zone_leap_second' doesn't exist trying to live without them

21/01/2008 09:50:38 Application Error Error (100) 1000 N/A ADDGBAS03 Faulting application mysqld-nt.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module mysqld-nt.exe, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x0012b75e.

I have spoken to Support last week ([Request ID :##6018664##) who instructed me to reinstall as MySQL was corrupt... I backed up my data reinstalled & restored the data only to find that the backup was corrupt (restore finished with no confirmation msg & no data appeared in SDP after the restore). I managed to successfully restore to a previous backup so lost a couple of days worth of data which is annoying.

After the reinstall Support instructed me to make some configuration changes to startdb.bat & wrapper.conf to resolve my problems. I did this however I still have the same issues - SDP has crashed 3 times this morning!!!! This is very frustrating as this is the second time we have had stability issues with this product, last time we were in pilot & tech support resolved it (not sure what they did as they described it as db tuning..??), this time it is more of a problem as we are in production

It appears the issue is with MySQL.....has anyone else seen these sort of issues?? I do have an MSSQL server so migrating is an option however I am not prepared to do this without testing first & in the meantime I could really do with the sysem being stable.

Can someone from Adventnet please provide me with some assistance ASAP, I have left a message with Tech support this morning but have had no response as yet.

I like SDP but I am beginning to feel that the reason the product is so cheap is quality control & support is compromised!
