ServiceDesk Causing CPU to go 100%
I have sent below mail/s to
support@servicedesksupport.com on last thurshday and again on friday - still I havent got any response ....

Hello:
We are using latest version of ServiceDesk with latest Service Pack (SP10).
Since yesterday or so, Service Desk Plus is totally unusable. The CPU usage on server rises to 100%. Specifically the process mysqld-nt.exe show 99% or above all the time and the web client basically is totally unresponsive.
We have rebooted the server couple of times, but problem remains.
I see mysqld-nt.exe spike at 99% when I press on requests tab. Does it look like Database related problem?
I couldn�t� generate support file as the application is extremely slow.
SERVER SPECS:
Windows 2003 SP1
RAM: 768 MB
Processor: 3.6 Ghz Intel Xeon
Platform: VMware ESX Server
The server use to run fine till now and we haven�t made any changes to server on application front. The server is specifically running only ServiceDesk application.
Please arrange fix for above as early as possible, as application is not usable at all. Please let me know if you need more information.
