I'm having a little trouble logging in to the ServiceDesk app on an iPhone?

All I keep getting is the Request has timed out when it comes to me logging in.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and if so, how did you overcome it?

Also has anyone had any success in using the app at all?

Reading the reviews on the app store, it's all a bit hit and miss by the looks of it.
