ServiceDesk and IE6/7
I recently upgraded the helpdesk system to 6008 from 5501 and ever since, the speed to the helpdesk through IE has degraded while Firefox browsers open it fine.
This has been tested on more than one machine and basically what happens is there is a pause between screens. (The window shows the servicedesk graphics, but no data is displayed.)
Any ideas?
