ServiceDesk Agent Scan at Boot

Was the agent scan at boot option removed from ServiceDesk with the upgrade to (11300) and the change to the Desktop Central agent?

We are currently running ServiceDesk Plus Build 11307, MSSQL
Desktop Central was automaticaly insttalled for the agent (10.2.2121.3)

I have searched all over the ServiceDesk application and can no longer find the ability to have the agent scan at boot.

If the option to have the agent scan at boot has been removed, What does ManageEngine or the community suggest to do to get daily device scans?

I see there is an agentless script option, but it is highly discouraged.
Daily network or domain scans?

Any help or ideas are greatly appreciated
