Servicedesk 7.5.0 Remote Assistance Security Breach
I have just installed servicedesk 7.5.0 with the latest build (7501) and have got the remote assistance working. however we cannot go live with this feature as it is a massive security breach as the user gets no notification that someone is viewing their screen.
Please can some sort of message or popup be included in the next release that the user can click on before an administrator is allowed to control the PC- we are currently stuck on version 7.0.0 build 7022 and cannot upgrade due to this 'feature'. The remote assistance works very well and we would use it at our company but the user would have to be informed if anyone was connecting to them.
